I , had never felt un- noticed as all questions were answered , as well as , showmanship seemed an effortless compassion , of everyone's . I , dabbled , in helping myself at fixing my own coffee once but , tirelessly , all were preparing for my purchase of my Dodge Durango !! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

Noblesville ImportsReviews
Noblesville Imports review
We found Noblesville Imports via a friend when shopping for a replacement car for my daughter. The buying experience was one of the best we’ve had. Zach and Lauryn are wonderful to work with so much so I purchased a second vehicle from them yesterday and will continue to bring my business to them going forward. The car selection is great, the quality of cars they have is great, and best of all they get to understand your needs and help make the right selection.

Had an amazing experience. Completely different from anywhere else I've been. The staff was genuinely helpful, not pushy, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. They took the time to understand what I needed and went above and beyond to make it happen. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dealership that actually cares!

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

I just purchased a 2025 Ford Ranger and the experience was great. My salesman was Mr. Alex Sanders. Mr. Sanders did not pressure me to purchase the truck! Once we had completed the deal Mr. Sanders made sure my Ford App. was set up along with the other electronic features. Alex made it go smooth. When the need arises, I'm planning on returning to Capital City Ford to do business with them in the future.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Urban Motors Blue review
It was great! Beau was Very thorough with all my options and all my questions! The car is amazing 2017 RAV4 Toyota, I love it! And I feel prepared for winter! The process was super easy! And I did get the Feeling that he didn’t care just about selling the car, of course, but also my future with the car and what to do with any problems! It was a great experience!

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

Napleton Chevrolet St. Charles review
I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! Same with Matt the financial adviser there, he was also incredibly thorough and kind and explained anything I had questions on! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys! They were amazing! :D
