There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
This place was amazing! I am a young girl and I absolutely know nothing about cars came in with limited cash not much job experience and they were super helpful and refused to give me a car I thought was a decent car but there were lots of things wrong with it! They were super helpful and fast
Joe was our salesman and was great to work with. The process was quick and easy to purchase a vehicle. Joe explained what the vehicle looked like before I drove 50 miles to Cincinnati and when I arrived it exceeded my expectations.
The guys in the service department are WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease. They were able to meet my needs and put my mind to ease about body work that was just completed. Great Team!
Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
My wife has always wanted a loaded Tahoe. I have always not wanted a car payment in the same ball park as my mortgage. Thankfully Bob Pulte Chevrolet had a certified 2013 LTZ with low miles and showed me how they were priced compared to the market which was very good. Zach went into detail about the work that had been done on the Tahoe, the additional warranties that come with a certified one and everything else fell into place. Heck they even helped when the dashboard cracked a week after I bought it (if your looking at the old body style Tahoe or Yukon it seems to be a common issue). I will definitely go to Bob Pulte for our next vehicle purchase.
I was highly impressed with the exemplary sales service that I received from Ricky Brown at Tom Gill Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about all of the makes and models on the lot, which helped us to weed out a lot of cars that would not fit our needs. His patience, honesty and integrity were truly refreshing!
I recently went into Tom gill and I had my eyes set on a SUV, However It was out of my price range and The salesman duo of Demoore Gray and Jayson Lopez made me a happy and gratuitous customer, they help me find a car that would make me proud and happy to drive and they treated me with respect and understanding. I am very thankful this amazing experience even though I was not the easiest to work with.
