Shane Flores and Richard Tolsma assured me everything would be exactly as promised—and it was. Shane even picked me up at my hotel, and the entire purchase went smoothly from start to finish. Cesar in finance was great as well. There were no surprises, no extra fees, and no attempt to change the deal, even though I was paying cash rather than financing. They gave me a price off MSRP that was better than anything I found throughout the Pacific Northwest. Back in early February, I went in to look at Mazda CX-5 they had on their lot, but it sold that morning or the day before. My boyfriend inquired about a 2019 Honda CR-V they had on their lot and asked if the price was negotiable, given that the mileage was pretty high (148,XXX for a 2019). Miguel (or Cole) said, "Everything on the lot is negotiable." Having just come from a Mazda dealership that had a strict no negotiation policy while also overpricing their used inventory, this was a huge plus for us. While we took the CR-V for a test drive, my boyfriend ran the specs on it and a couple codes popped up. Nothing major, but we wanted to ask about them. When we returned and told them about codes, Cole immediately took it back and checked it out. Didn't argue with my boyfriend, didn't take offense, nothing. Just took it back and offered to have us go back there with them while they looked it over. Huge green flag for me. On top of that, they had very outgoing personalities, were super funny and personable, great banter. Their building didn't feel like some over-sanitized, white-walled, personality-less dealership. It felt like I was going to my buddy's garage to get work done on my car and hang out (and I mean that in all the best ways). When it was time to sit down and start talking turkey, we didn't want to negotiate the price. These guys had been so cool from the very start, that at that point, it didn't feel right to haggle down. Instead, they took off the documentation fee, and we walked out paying the exact sticker price on the car. It is now the middle of March and my car has been running flawlessly. I have already taken it to Detroit and it did amazing. While I'm in no hurry to buy another car any time soon, if or when the time comes to get another one, they will be the first dealership I reach out to!

Very nice truck, handles great, power, 4x4 good, bed cover and liner, etc.....perfect work vehicle/ daily driver, works well for working on house and towing trailer, NICE.....

Used, Dual motor, low miles and not grey or black! 405 motors had one, an excellent car, but lost out to my wife’s choice, a blue one, at another dealership. 405 was prompt responding, with a fair market price. It took two requests to have them discontinue notifications once we selected another dealer/vehicle. I would not have hesitated purchasing their car if I could have convinced my wife that the red was better!

Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Just purchased. Love the ride and towing power. Have a few issues but purchased used. Have an appointed with service station and will wait to see how that turns out. Tried to take it to the Chevy dealer where I purchased it, however they were not help. Squeaking sound from steering wheel.

Very smooth ride with quiet interior. Comfortable seats. Awesome power! Plenty of storage. Back seats move easily to allow more space for "extra" storage. First vehicle I have owned with blue tooth phone capability - LOVE it!
