The experience started out well, but as soon as they knew I was buying it went downhill from there. I was supposed to pick up the car on Wednesday at 5pm. I showed up about 10 minutes early. My salesman was too busy trying to sell a new car to someone he barely spoke to me. They had problems removing the plates from the old vehicle (which was out of their control) however because it took them so long, by the time I was rushed into the finance office, it was after they closed. So the finance guy kept shoving the paperwork into my face, not explaining anything or giving me the time to read over it. Then I was taken to the car, handed the keys and asked, so any questions, no, good, ok goodbye. Then I come to find out the front speakers don't work, but because I decided to not be rude while the salesman was talking about the car, I didn't check the balance front to back to see if all worked. They pretty much told me, well you didn't mention it before the deal was done, so its on you. Even though I called them the next day after picking up the car.
