We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn???t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
I did not visit the facility after I received email information that the vehicle I was interested in was not quite what I was looking for. However I was very appreciative of the quick responses and information from the salesman and the online follow - up person.
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.

I was very comfortable with Destinee and her team. She made sure to communicate with me in a way that made me feel at ease with trading in car, and financing a new 2018 Trax. I worked with Both Ashley and Thomas in the Sales Department. VERY professional and knowledgeable on their product and of the entire car buying process. I felt very comfortable working with them. I also worked with Will and Isaiah from the management team. I would give my experience 10/10.
I bought a car from a CA dealer and it came with a front plate holder that I did not want. Midway Chevy removed it for free with a little coaxing by me, Mr. Negotiator, but in return I will be a loyal Midway customer for all my service needs.
