Went in for an oil change/DEF fill up/general service checkup at 5500 miles. Also needed the alignment checked. Was in and out in 1.5-2 hours, zero hassle, with updates from the service manager along the way.
Love my new car and loved the sales team at Graff.

Thank you Jeff and Jason Saunders. We came into Graff to see if we could swap out our current car for a new one. Our goal was to keep payments low and pay off our previous car. We were shown multiple vehicles. When we chose the one we wanted, they gathered the information and made it happen. Not only were we able to pay off the car we traded in but the trade in value they gave us allowed extra money towards the down payment. Now we are driving a new Equinox and paying over $100.00 less a month than our previous payment. We were also given a tour of the service area and each area gave us Little freebies (air freshener, chamois, bucket, etc). It made experience lots of fun.
Excellent all around. My sales person was Ziad, never met a car sales person so customer friendly and always ready to answer any question in all honesty. I bought a pre-owned car and we were coming from the other side of the state. Every step in the process he went the extra mile and my wife and I were not disappointed driving extra miles to this dealership. The price was incredible compared to other dealers (even online). From the first email to todays call, excellent communication! Even the service after the sale is as promised and 5 stars.
I recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, no doubt. When we look for another car... Wally Edgar will be the first place we look for it.

Every time I take my car here for service or to trade my lease in, it's the same experience. I know when I go there I am going to be treated nicely, have the comfort of sitting in a room or walk around the lot looking at cars. I never imagined going to a dealership that was as far away as they were from home, but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved every minute I spent at their showroom. The salespeople were awesome. They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. Definite 5 stars for this dealership!
My new friends at Feldman made me feel very comfortable and never rushed while I took the time to test drive multiple cars. I had the best experience purchasing my new Equinox! My salesman was great, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and never complained about the many different Equinoxes I test drove. The sales manager was fantastic, he checked in with me many times throughout the day. I really enjoyed my Saturday at Feldman, everyone was nice and the atmosphere was calm and fun. I will purchase my next new vehicle at Feldman after this experience.
