Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
An amendment to my feedback last week. McGee Preowned reached out to me regarding my experience with my purchase. They apologized and did try to make it right. I appreciate their concern for their customers to have a positive experience and their follow through on this is an example of that. Thumbs up, and thank you.

I bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota from Jacob's Auto Sales. Process was easy going and the owner Jacob was very friendly and helpful. The truck needed some work and Jacob not only took it back to fix the problem, but did not return it until ALL the issues was fixed (up from a minor door lock issue to emissions issue). He kept me in the loop and made sure it was finished by the end of the week. Very satisfied with this dealer and would recommend anyone looking a vehicle to this dealer...as Jacob will not screw you over with the price, and make sure the vehicle (truck and/or car) is mechanically safe to operate. VERY satisfied.
I was hesitant in purchasing a new car, worried I would not receive any value for a trade in on my current car (rejected inspection and quite frankly a mess) which i still owed $$ on. Derek and Eric made it possible, there are honest and look out for your best interest. I am extremely happy, satisfied and feel so safe in my new 4wd SUV. Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
Brought in my 1984 Corvette for a window regulator replacement. They no longer make replacement regulators and you have to retrofit one from a later C4 model. I brought my own part and was received right away. Mark was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though the job is notorious for being annoying, the tech did a fantastic job, and everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the window glass was cleaned, and the door panel was put back together with care before I received my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them again with an unconventional job. And a big thanks to the tech
I contacted the dealer about a 2013 Honda Accord Sport listing. In the photos the Accord had non-standard wheels with snow tires, but the listing included the OEM 18" Sport wheels. It took several calls to the dealer to establish that the vehicle did not include the oEM wheels, just the snow tires on small wheels. A week later the listing still includes the erroneous 18" wheels. Not having the correct wheels makes this vehicle worth several thousand dollars less than its listed price.
The salesperson Ed Shine and owner Michael Lannan were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had visited two other dealerships who wasted a lot of my time. Within 20 minutes at Lannan I got more information, options, and satisfaction, with less pressure than in over 4 hours at the other dealers.
Facility always comes through with the answers and information that I already knew . If the job is not perfect the response is immediate remedy . I know first hand that certain parts are better than others when it comes to repairing your own vehicle . For example : wheel bearing hub assemblies can fail as new parts , this is a given ; that's why most producers of this line warranty the product for a year . Understand . research . Knowledge . Repair .
I absolutely recommend Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn to anyone looking for a new or used car. Although I didn't purchase a car because the used car I wanted wasn't there (I'm super picky) the people here were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Lannan Chevrolet is the first dealership (I've gone to a lot ) that I felt welcomed and not like they were taking advantage of me because im young and a woman. I dealt with the internet manager Dave McBride and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone in the market!
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions
