Sam Brown was our salesman at Pearson Nissan Ocala. This is our second Murano we bought from him. Sam is a person with exceptional people skills and extremely knowledgeable in car sales and about the cars in general. His demeanor is very calm with no pressure to buy or lease. We look forward to seeing his friendly face when we walk in. Definitely an asset to Nissan Dealership. He keeps up with our birthdays and calls to wish us well during holidays. He is a keeper!!!!

Elkins ChevroletReviews
Elkins Chevrolet review
Mike B at Elkins Chevrolet is the sole reason for this review. From start to finish, Mike worked closely with me to get a complicated transmission warranty situation resolved. He was consistently communicative, transparent, and straightforward about every step of the process, which made this complex and stressful situation much easier to deal with. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and was GENUINELY invested in getting the situation handled correctly. Due to my experience with Mike, I will not take my truck anywhere else moving forward. Not even back to the dealership where I originally purchased it. Mike earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend asking to work with him if you need service at Elkins Chevrolet.

I had an outstanding experience working with Sales Manager Ricky. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me get the right deal. He answered every question honestly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never pressured me into making a decision. What impressed me most was his communication and commitment to customer service. He followed through on everything he promised and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. In today’s market, it’s rare to find someone who is transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into making this deal happen. I would absolutely recommend Ricky to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks again for the excellent service!

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Russ Darrow West Bend Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Joe was awesome about taking and sending videos of the brand new Grand Wagoneer that they got on the lot before photos were even available online. We stayed in close correspondence and in less than a week, we called the new vehicle "ours." We had a. great experience with Joe and the team at Russ Darrow West Bend.

This truck drives like a dream. It has all the utility of a diesel pickup, but the comfort and smooth ride of a luxury car. It's been meticulously maintained and will run forever. Just a great truck.

Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Drove 2 hours from NC to purchase a car I’ve been lusting after for several years and could finally get a hold of. Everyone dreads car dealerships for all the shenanigans they pull. Hannah was a delight to deal with. Overall I give her an “A”. It would be an “A plus” but she let it slip after the deal was done that it was a prior Enterprise rental car. I likely wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known that. Deal was done and hopefully it’ll be a good vehicle. The finance guy was efficient and knew what he was doing. Start to finish, 2.5 hours driving off the lot. You have to remember when dealing with a car dealer, ask me no questions, tell me no lies. I did a ton of research beforehand, had my own financing and had a good idea where the final price was going to fall. So no surprises. I didn’t get the deal of the century but think I got a fair deal in the end compared to comparable priced vehicles with mileage. Overall I’d give the whole experience an “A” and would buy another vehicle from them. I advise everyone to do a lot of homework before and keep expectations within reasonable limits, you know how they operate go into the deal.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.
