Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!

The Chevy Suburban has everything we wanted in a vehicle. I use to drive a BMW and have been in various luxury cars and big trucks, this car has ride and interior of luxury and the ability to perform as a big truck. The ride is smooth, seats very comfortable (great leather), technology up to date and user friendly, and quiet.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

Still getting use to some of it features. Like the TV screens for the kids. The sound system is nice and the radio is excellent. The ride is nice and with 18 grand kids it allows us to hall a lot of kids around.
I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!

We were in the market to upgrade our 08suburban and beardmore had one heck of a deal for their 2018 suburban LT. it had everything I wanted and needed. From leather seats to bucket seats in the 2nd row to rear entertainment system. Then all the extras it had. The heated steering wheel and heated seats for 1st and 2nd row, remote start and WiFi. You name it it probably has it.
I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. He doesn't just care about the sale, he cares about getting you in the right car and the right loan situation. I am so appreciative to have a team I can forever trust with my car needs. Thank you Dieter, Mateo, Ashley and Fred for all of your help! Your integrity and service levels are very much appreciated!

I love my Suburban LTZ!! I just wish it had four wheel drive. Everything else is excellent!! Heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, dvd package with wireless headset so I can listen to music while they watch movies, sunroof, backup camera, park assist and much more!!
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.

This is my 3rd suburban and they just keep making them better and better. The reclining middle seats are great for traveling. Plenty of leg room between all three rows, extra headroom for those tall family members.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.

This vehicle is great for family trips, very comfortable drive, all the bells and whistles are amazing. My wife loves it! It gets great gas mileage too when you use 91 octane fuel.
My experience with The Ultimate Machines has been awesome. Everyone I interacted with has been friendly, and worked very hard to get me into a vehicle that was right for me. Alfonso really helped me with the financing even though my credit wasn't very good.

The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car

This vehicle is a joy to drive, seats our family in a safe and comfortable manner. We love our road trips, and the kids make great use of the video and entertainment system.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!

Haven't had this Suburban long, but already can tell I made a good choice. Fit and finish are top notch, and so far I'm totally surprised by the mileage; over 20 overall and almost 26 on one 25 mile segment. Haven't run it long distance at 75 mph so can't report on that; however, the fact it shift to V4 mode often has to help. I'd be happy if I got over 20 on trips. Traded a Traverse to get more room and towing capacity and there is no doubt this Suburban will deliver. Interior room is outstanding, and towing will obviously be a huge improvement. Not a real qualified review at only 1,000 miles, but so far all indications are that I made the right choice. Will take this fishing and hunting a lot, and will sleep in the back. I can see I'll be more comfortable than ever.
I just wanted a simple oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment, and even then had to bring it in for all day because the only appointment was in the middle of the day. They don't have a quick lube like most dealers do. Their service reps were friendly and helpful.
The most versital rig I own.

Hauls eight, works like a truck and looks darn good doing anything. Great ride and tons of torque. Pass anything but a gas station. Get one.
The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
Great car buying experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure salesman Kyle Berry. One minor problem was handled quickly and professionally with no hassle. Go see Kyle.

I am so pleased with my 2015 suburban. We were looking for a Great family vehicle that we won’t out grow and this is it. All the tech is easy to use and makes driving the suburban feel luxurious! The suburban blows my 2014 Acura TL out of the water in comfort and ride. It’s much more quiet and drives so smooth. The turning radius is impressive. I cannot be more happy with this vehicle.
I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs

This suv is the best that I owned, I sell it because I don't need it any more because Is a little to bi for me.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Roomiest and most comfortable car I’ve ever owned.
