I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

Chevrolet of Naperville review
Dominic was very helpful and responsive. I appreciated his honesty and transparency, along with a comprehensive overview of my vehicle's health so I can make informed decisions.
2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

Affinity Auto SalesReviews
Affinity Auto Sales review
Quality Inventory here! Went to several used car lots and Affinity had the best vehicles by far. Sales manager and our salesman Milton were great in finding us a great interest rate to help keep our payments down. Only disappointment is purchase price was $500 more than we discussed to close deal and Doc fees were more than usual. Recommended but be sure to confirm pricing at signing.

Auto SelectReviews
Auto Select review
They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
