AutoNation Chevrolet DoralReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet Doral review
Love my experience with Alain Hernandez. He gave us a great tour of the different kind of SUVs, which I was interested in, just did know which brand. He asked me different questions of my interest and he finalize it to the Equinox RS. After test driving I was sure that was the perfect car for me, which was a birthday gift from my husband. I really appreciate the patient of Alain, he respected my ideas that I bought to the table. But what mostly impressed me the most he respected our space, he WAS NOT the ordinary pushy Salesman and his knowledge of the inventory and that lead us to the purchase of our SUV. Once purchased, we received emails from Alain checking on us and extend any assistance if needed. Thank you so much Alain
2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

5 STARS all around for the sales, finance & management team around at Toyota of Cedar Park. With over 20 years of management experience in auto dealerships throughout the country, I was dreading leasing a new Tacoma this week. The staff at TCP went above & beyond my expectations! I told them what I wanted & they 100% delivered. Christian Behl & Chris Walls listened to I wanted & then told me what they could do, not what they couldn't do. Thanks to everybody & I'm 100% satisfied!

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

Our salesperson, Selena< was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and helpful. The financial person however was not as wonderful. We have excellent credit scores, 870+, and were offered 8.25% loan rate. We then called our credit union from the office where we could get a rate 3% lower. He left the office a returned with a rate 3.26% lower! Then there was a mix up on information and when we called him back he never returned our calls. Selena was finally able to get the answers for us. Selena is a true professional, we wish we could say the same for the finance department.

Midtown KiaReviews
Midtown Kia review
5-Star Review for Brendon Collins at Midtown Kia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a vehicle from Midtown Kia and had an outstanding experience working with Brendon Collins. From start to finish, the process was easy, straightforward, and completely low stress. Brendon was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and available options. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to understand my needs and helped me navigate different choices without ever making me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the vehicle and financing options that were the best fit for my situation. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but Brendon made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. If you're looking for someone who is honest, patient, and genuinely focused on helping you make the right decision, I highly recommend asking for Brendon Collins at Midtown Kia. Thank you for making my car-buying experience such a positive one!

Easy to deal with, better pricing than I was able to find elsewhere, especially when considering they also offered a CPO, and had us in and out in an hour after we agreed to everything online. Free oil changes for life of vehicle an added bonus!

CarMax Columbus SawmillReviews
CarMax Columbus Sawmill review
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
My 2020 Traverse is awesome .It is the best traverse I've owned yet . I love the quality of the interior and the color on the outside is beautiful. With all the upgrades it has I feel really proud when I drive my car somewhere. It definitely gives me a lot more confidence with all the safety features it has.
