Had a complicated vehicle situation that required some extra coordination, and the team here handled it exceptionally well. Thank you to Paul Loescher for stepping in and keeping communication clear, and helping to keep the process moving towards an amazing outcome. Really appreciate them going above and beyond.

It was my fault for not checking the tires before I signed the contract. Even though I returned to the dealership with my concerns about the tires on my truck?s condition and the service manager gave me 50%off a set of four tires saving me about $645 and that?s what I call great service after the fact.

Ronnie Motors LLC review
It turns out I didn't buy a car there. After more careful consideration, I decided the vehicle I was considering was a bit older than I wanted (2019). But I was treated with respect. I was given time to think over my decision without undue pressure. Both Anita and Ronnie seemed like good folks.

Harbin ChevroletReviews
Harbin Chevrolet review
They did most stuff right. They were pretty straight forward and to the point with minimal xxxxxx business. The one notable exception was that they lost the second key. It is pretty normal except for a car dealer to lose a key except that they told us they had it. When they figured out they lost the key instead of doing the right thing they told us they were not paying for the key. They told us we could just not buy the car as a solution if we did not like it. So they were rotten about the key.

Zaza Moto review
I first contacted Lucy at Zaza Moto about a Fiat 500x. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and never tried to push the car on me. She followed up a week later, and when I told her I'd purchased a more appropriate vehicle elsewhere, she literally texted me congratulations! What an amazing experience. I can't recommend Zaza Moto and Lucy strongly enough.

BMW of PeoriaReviews
BMW of Peoria review
This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos. This team treated me like I was buying a new $100K car not a used one! When I got there, the car was even better than described and the whole BMW team was welcoming and glad we were there.

Great experience I came in to get Acura when my own credit union didn’t approve they got me approved at very competitive rate. Highly recommend them. They got quality used cars so clean and at great prices in the dmv area.

Classic Ford ColumbiaReviews
Classic Ford Columbia review
Overall, the car buying experience was decent due to pleasant salespeople. However, the manager/finance department did try to add in a lot of extra fees, which I was not thrilled with and warn future customers to be wary of before signing all the paperwork. I told them what my bottom line price was, they agreed, but the total was considerably more when sitting down with the finance guy. Of course, he tried to throw in extra warranty nonsense. Also, the ‘MVP’ fees are xx. Negotiate your price down to make up for this ridiculous fee that they say they cannot take off the paperwork! Do not let them add thousands of extra dollars onto your cost by not paying attention to the final numbers on the paperwork!

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!
