The dealership met me 1/2 way between my house and the dealership with the car I was interested in so I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Pam, my salesperson, was awesome to work with. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next car.
I had a wonderful experience with Cox Toyota. Justin Dunn was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. And trust me I was very needy! I added leather seats and remote start, they also had to locate me a vehicle and bring it in. Brian Kirkman was also very helpful. He helped me understand all the bells and whistles of my car. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Mutsa was our salesperson, she was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, thoughtful and most importantly honest! She went above and beyond to make sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase.
