Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

Responsiveness to questions and concerns was unusually good. Whatever I expected to be done was done better than I expected. They brought the car to my door from Atlanta to northern South Carolina using a dedicated driver and another in a follow car. Both drivers were a very pleasant surprise. The person who drove my new car was a well dressed, well spoken, mature woman. The follow car driver was an older man equally competent and very pleasant to work with on the delivery and final paperwork. Similarly, the crew in the showtoom who I never got to meet, followed up quickly and attentively in every challenge. Great experience.

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

I have the Z71 Traverse. I love the body style, its performance and the way it handles on the road. It is exactly what I wanted!

We recently purchased a car from MOG Toyota and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and welcoming. The manager who assisted us was very nice and patient, and the finance department was also great to work with. They made the process smooth and took the time to answer our questions. Unfortunately, the only downside to our experience was with our sales associate, Terri. At times, we felt a bit rushed during the process, as she mentioned having an anniversary dinner to attend. I completely understand that it was Valentine?s Day, but regardless she was on the clock for work anyways. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and we would have appreciated a more relaxed and attentive experience. While completing paperwork and coordinating with our insurance company, we did not receive much guidance on the next steps, which left us somewhat unsure of what was needed. There were also moments when Terri seemed distracted, which made the process feel less focused than we had hoped. She was taking personal phone calls with her family right in front of us. I honestly would have left without the car, but we had already finished signing. Thankfully, Dwayne Jones stepped in when Terri went missing and provided the support and attentiveness we needed to feel confident moving forward. His professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference in our overall experience. Dwayne and the Finance man made our night! Thank you guys!

Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.
