without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.

His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
