When I filled out the application I was a little unsure how this was going to pan out. I just had a recent divorce, my credit was not desirable and I just started my new position. I received a call from my sales representative, named Paul. As transparent as I was, he insisted I come in and he'd get me in a vehicle. No lie, I wasn't even there over an hour and he secured a new car for me. The way the cater to me and made things happen felt awesome. They were 100% on my side. I never had that type of experience before!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

Spitzer Buick GMC Parma review
Salesman Tom Shaffer and Finance Suzie Axlerod Woodward were the 2 people that we work with. They were great. They both treated us like family. The entire process moved along well and we felt like we didn't spent an entire day purchasing a car. I would recommend Spitzer Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

I have a 2023 Acadia, it was making a random grinding noise. I took it to a GMC dealer in Bedford, they had it for 8 days, got it back same problem. I took it to Preston in Burton, "Paul Huler" top quality Service Tech. found and solved my problem. Thanks, Paul for not giving up where the other guys did. Lifetime customer now !!

Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.
