I worked with Tavo and Beth in Lynnwood Honda and we had a very good experience in the dealership. They showed many vans and there was no pressure. They were happy to show the prime price even when we didn't bring our trade-in car. We were very happy with the first day's experience and we came back to buy the car. There was no accessories that were added and they were happy to give us what we asked for. Overall a pleasant experience and I will work with Tavo and Beth again. As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. From the owner to the support staff, this dealership is excellent. We have leased cars from Doug's for many years.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
The employees here go above and beyond what’s expected and go out of their way to find what’s right for you. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pascal who was super helpful and made my car searching process simple. Lancer was another employee who helped me along the way and did everything he could to make sure I would get the best deal possible. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle at this time, once the time comes I will definitely buy from this dealership because of the experience I had.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff at Bickford Ford that helped me with purchasing my new vehicle. I have purchased vehicles here before from Dave, and will continue to refer him and Bickford to others. Michael did a good job showing me the features in my new vehicle.
Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)

Fast, Friendly, Knowledgable, no pressure, considerate. These are the words that come to mind following my experience with Micheal Kempter and the rest of the staff at Roy Robinson’s. I was replacing a Legacy that was totaled but literally saved my wife’s life. What can I say? I found the right car and the right dealer.
Everyone was awesome. I loved the whole experience. Staff was super helpful and explained things very well. At the end of the day i got a great deal and certainly didnt think a deal like that was out there. Thank you all.
I wasn't really going to buy yet but I stopped by your dealership just to look and because of your salesman, Bart Johnson, I bought a truck right then and there. He was so knowledgeable about the Silverado and all of the specifications. All my questions were answered and he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in this purchase. I live on the Kitsap Peninsula by Gig Harbor but bought from Issaquah because I felt I was getting an honest price and the enthusiasm that Bart had for this truck. I had been to several other car dealers (different manufacturers) before this and had been treated like an idiot. "Here's our wholesale price little lady" or "there's only 2 left in stock, you better hurry". For a white truck? Really? One dealer even called my salesman away for an "emergency customer" and brought in the Closer. Thank you Evergreen & Bart Johnson for treating me so well.
Fast and friendly service. I took my car in for an oil change the service department was very nice and helpful. Then when something did come up that was their fault they were quick to own it apologize and fix the issue! Outstanding service and love the fact that they didn't try to mess with me like other dealership's have!
You made our car look brand new again. Great work with the exception of the little ding on our window still there. However, it was marked off on the work order as being completed. So I am assuming that I must have had another one that I wasn't aware of being there. I have to say that this is my first visit back since the new ownership change and from my contact with Elizabeth and to the last contact with her the superior service is so superior to the old ownership and the attitude of the service department.
