Sales team is awesome.. service & repairs is awful

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.
As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. From the owner to the support staff, this dealership is excellent. We have leased cars from Doug's for many years.
We were very impressed with our sales person, who had great follow up and customer service. However since purchasing our vehicle, they have lost both of their certified AMG specialists and the service windows have over promised and under delivered. The service space is too small to accommodate the volume at this dealership. No car wash or vacuum service which means the car is not in the same shape as it was when you dropped it off.
I had a great experience buying a new car. The salesman that helped me was Gus, he was very professional, friendly, answered all the questions I had and made my day in the Chevrolet of Bellevue dealership a quick one. He was very helpful in finding me the right car and he succeeded! I am now an owner of a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, I would recommend him and this dealership to anybody looking for a new car.
This was truly one of the best car experiences we've ever had. From Keith at the beginning to Ronnie, we were treated better than family. We went back and forth on email. I never had to step in the showroom until we were ready to sign the papers. They sent us pictures of the car they thought would work for us then spent a whole day getting the price and payments where we wanted them to be. I can not say enough great things about this dealership. We are extremely happy with our car and happy to be a part of Bellevue Cadillac for life.
The sales members treated me politely and we're NOT pushy at all. Pricing was transparent and they worked hard to make then pricing attractive. The service members are very kind and helped me out get the right options and accessories. They also we're very accommodating to my work schedule.
We have purchased a new 2013 Cadilac CTS and a new 2017 Buick Envision from Brotherton over the past few years. We not only had great experiences, but we also made friends. Very honest and fair.
My Service Representative is Lindsey who is extremely professional. She set up my appointment and monitored my car throughout the service process, updating me throughout. Her excellent automotive knowledge made me feel comfortable that I brought my car to the right place. My car was taken in on time, and completed at the estimated time, including a car wash and vacuum. Thank you.
I purchased two vehicles in October. I recently went to have my tires rotated at another company only to find out that my truck and tires on it That were not rated for my truck. I contacted Brotherton The sales person that I purchased a truck from and met with sales manager . They recognize that there was a problem with the tires and replace them for me at no cost to me. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else this company and their staff are amazing!
When I entered Brotherton Cadillac Buick, to buy my second new vehicle from them, John made me a deal that I could not pass up. He worked hard to achieve my budgetary goal. Brotherton is a quality dealership with quality staff from sales to service.
