I was extremely happy with my experience at Uftring/Westen. Scott McClintock made me feel extremely comfortable in explaining everything with my car. He was genuine and an extremely caring individual! Uftring/Westin is extremely lucky to have him because of his experience and expertise any dealership would love to have him.
This is the second vehicle we've bought from an Uftring dealership (both used). Had a few costly repairs to the first one but figured I was the one who chose not to buy the extended warranty when it was offered. Caveat emptor! My wife had been driving her Envoy Denali for nearly 10 years and we'd had good luck with it so decided to look at a GMC Acadia Denali as a replacement. The dealership han an extremely clean loaded model we both liked so we bought it. Ken Dickson, our salesman, was very easy to deal with as was Kendall Hearn, his manager. We've not had the new vehicle for very long but so far we're very pleased. Everyone at the dealership was great. We're happy with the deal we made and would deal with these folks in the future.
Contacted Kyle about a 2000 Pontiac Firebird WS6 (my white whale) and he handled everything for me from the initial call to the delivery of my car to my front door in Fennville Michigan ! This guy WORKS for the customer which is rare nowadays in the used car business. You have made a customer for life buddy ! God Bless Sir !

Dropped by on a Saturday morning and was warmly greeted by Phil Clemmer. I knew within two minutes if we could get together on price, I'd be buying a car from him. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I had done my homework and was interested in a 2016 Equinox with specific features. There were others out of town that I could have purchased for slightly less, but Phil worked the best deal he could. Sometimes price isn't everything and I accepted their counter offer. Nice clean dealership with free car washes.
My salesman Kyle Merritt was very professional and provided me with excellent customer service Kyle took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Uftring Weston Chevy Cadillac dealership. It was worth the hour drive to get there! "Fantastic place, great customer service!"
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.
Steve yerbic took great care of me listening to what I wanted and got me into a great truck and stuck to his promises to me he went above and beyond to get me into my new vehicle I strongly recommend you go see Steve yerbic at velde gmc
Ed Maroon and Scott Woger were great to work with. They showed about 8 different vehicles before we found one that one I really liked and fits my lifestyle. There was no pressure and I believe I got a great used Subaru.
James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.
Chris Todd was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We ended up with 2018 Mirage GT with a few miles and my daughter loves it. I would highly recommend working with Chris and Mitsubishi O'Brien.
I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
