I just purchased a 2025 Trail Blazer from Edwin Martinez at Jack Phelan. I am thrilled with my purchase! And I have never met a salesman who worked harder to get my business!!! I was not in a place to be very flexible with my payment and Edwin did everything he could to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted!! This is my second purchase from Jack Phelan and I will continue to purchase from them!! They do everything they can to meet their customer’s needs!! Thank you Edwin for working so hard to get me my new car!!! Rebecca I

Schaumburg Toyota review
Jerry McDuffie has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family and friends have purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. He always gives you a fair deal and takes the time to make sure you get the car that is right for you. He is very patient in dealing with us seniors who can be technically challenged about some of the new car features on today's modern cars. I highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Kunes Hyundai of SycamoreReviews
Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore review
My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Kunes is just not worth the visit, or business. :( Rating breakdown (out of 5): Customer service 1.0 Buying process — Quality of repair — Overall facilities — Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer

FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CRYSTAL LAKE review
Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.
