2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Bought a certified ram 1500 over the internet from eastern NC. John was great to work with and made the process super easy. Sent me great videos and answered all my questions. I had to travel to Germany right when I found the truck, but John had the paperwork waiting for me at my house when I returned. I took my 19 yo grandson there to look at a car I found online that I thought he would like, as he was looking to upgrade. We had an appointment with Mark Robinson. When we got there, things went very smoothly. My grandson bought the car and loves it! Mark was FANTASTIC and everyone seemed very nice. There was a pleasant feeling and vibe from everyone. We drove 2.5 hours to get there and would Totally do it again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The value was good for the car. I have no complaints. I see some of the lower rated complaints are that they had an appointment and got there in the car had been sold. I fully understand why vehicles are not held and told my grandson before we even left that they won’t hold it if somebody comes in and wants to buy it right then. The fact that people expect to hold an item when you may or may not show up or may show up and then decide you don’t like it. It’s not comfortable for you, etc.. If you’re not lacking in common sense issues, The dealership scores a five all the way around. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Robinson. He went above and beyond. Sheila Dorn

My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.

Overall a great car, loaded and comfortable. Great buying experience through Jack Powell Escondido, Rick Taylor was extremely helpful in providing info and prompt responses to any questions.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
