I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
We've been doing a lot of searching for just the right vehicle for our college age son who will be starting an internship soon. While searching online I found a Jeep that seemed perfect. So I completed the online request for info. I was pleasantly shocked to receive an email almost immediately on a Sunday afternoon. You'd think it was a canned response but the way it was worded that seemed impossible. That was just the beginning of the personal attention to our needs and accommodating our unique situation. John was so easy to work with. He made my son feel at ease while there alone and was waiting for my arrival knowing my first name. Little details that make you feel important. Fred did an excellent job of explaining the financial side of the transaction. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. And here's the best part... they let Matt drive off with the vehicle to get to class on time before I'd even signed the paperwork.
