Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. It was the easiest new car shopping experience I've ever had. The process went smoothly, no pressure, no stress and all of our questions were answered. Our salesman (Kevin) was a pleasure to work with and he knew his product, too!
We were looking for a very specific color VW Beetle Convertible. Found one, but the dealer sold it from under us. Saw this one, but at 1500mi away it was a stretch. Jay did a great job. He even setup the delivery of the vehicle, right to my front door! Thanks to the entire staff that was involved.

I had a great experience at slimans. At first I didn't think we were going to reach an agreement but Eugene was very patient and persistent and kept me in the loop the whole time I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle thank you Eugene for all your time and patience.
Eugene is a great salesman he will not steer you wrong. I bought a car for my daughter and then one month later bought one for my wife. I have had no problem with Slimans even the service is great! I will be back again to get my car next.
Went there to look at a different vehicle, but when I saw it, I changed my mind. Not that it was horrible or anything, but it was a bit more "used" than what I was interested in. But, they have quite a selection of used vehicles, and it wasn't long before I found the Envoy that I wound up buying.
This is a no nonsense, no frills kind of a place, and they keep their prices reasonable.
All in all, a positive experience, except for one small thing. They wanted me to use my ATM card instead of accepting a check. That required a phone call to my bank to get permission to make a purchase that was above the cards limit. Not a great big deal, but a bit of a hassle.
When I was waundering aimlessly around the car lot I was approached by EUGENE.
He was very polite and non intrusive .
He was very family like and very informative, answering all of my questions.
