Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. Today, we had four key fobs that had failing batteries in them. We struggled with the task, so we went to Harper Ford, Eureka to see if they could help. We were very pleased with Dave at the Parts and Services Department. He was very pleasant and even though it was small tedious request, he cheerfully completed it as if we were the best customers in the world. We have purchased three cars from them in the past and in each transaction, it was never a time that I felt that we were pressured but treated respectfully. The parts department also serviced our car, as well, for a recall and again the service was wonderful. We highly recommend Harper Ford's dealership. In fact, for one of the cars we purchased, we walked away from another car dealership due to their aggressive sales person and the added on additions when it was time to sign on the dotted line for the purchase. The best decision we ever did.

2020 Chrysler Voyager review
Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

Service department is very good at what they do and take pride in their work. Great, small town dealership that has been around for almost 100 years.

I went to 4m autoplex 2 years ago to find a used vehicle my first ever vehicle purchase. To my dismay the first time I wasn't able to make a deal with them due to financial constraints/credit on my end. Terry Carter was kind enough to explain the reasons why and why I couldn't get one. Thank you sir. The second time I went to them that me and my fiance tried to make out a deal and it didn't work out however 5 minutes after walking out the door before making it to the car, They told me they just had a new used vehicle roll in and they could see what they can do with me. They were a great help and got me financed through someone else other than themselves. In my opinion this is bending over backwards to help their customers. And I got my first car!!! Imagine getting your first car? It's been 3 months now and I'm not disappointed. I like the carefree Platinum package they gave me even though it's going to cost me more in the long run I would rather have coverage for something that breaks down within 2 years than not. I needed a vehicle for work and they provided that. Truly honest. Up front. Yes there are fees to elaborate taxes titles and an optional service coverage agreement if something breaks like powertrain etc. but where are there not fees when you go buy a car?? 😂 They even filled the car to full with gas with no extra charge. Although it's my first car buying experience I am rest assured that the car that I got 3 months later is still acting like I just drove it off a lot. Thank you to Terry Carter and associates at 4MAutoPlex. When I'm done paying for this car I will definitely be back for a trade in. Oh also my credit score jumped because I've actually made payments on time, Terry Carter made it very clear: make sure that the car is paid for in a timely fashion that's all that could be asked. As far as the car goes I know it's a used car from 2016... It's not the fastest but it still gets up and goes. And I'm not worried because if something breaks down on the powertrain it's covered under warranty with a deductible at least I'm not paying full price for repairs because I have an affordable deductible and a warranty! Lol. Who doesn't want that yes you're going to have to pay for repairs but I would rather pay $125 then $6,000 to replace the suspension. I will definitely be back after this car is ready to be retired. Thank you 4M autoplex you have just secured a customer for life. For those wanting to know what car I got: 2016 Dodge Journey.
