Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!

Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. Its where I bought my certified preowned QX70 and they've taken care of me ever since. Go in, get maintenance done nice and quick, courteous staff, nice comfy couch to sit on while you watch the food network and munch on popcorn. What more could you want? The "don't get your stuff done at the dealership" stigma doesn't really apply here folks when the Joe Shmoe down the street charges the same rates.
Mr. Frank Benitez was our sales associate and we told him that we did not want to do the back and forth sales dance that usually occurs at other dealerships. Mr. Benitez went to the sales manager only once and the deal was done. This was one of the fastest sales experiences for a new SUV. The finance department was fast, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet and Mr. Benitez when looking for a new vehicle.
The product specialist, Greg Jordan was so attentive and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I have to say out of all the Lincoln dealers in a 100 mile radius he is tops! Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. If you want GREAT customer service along with a team of Professionals I suggest this dealership 100%. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you again!

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! One of my friend's recommended Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I called and visited a few other dealerships before, and none were helpful. Then I decided to listen to my friend. I called this dealership, and I could tell the difference right away. They listened to what I was looking for, and were willing to help me with what I could afford. I hate car shopping, but I truly felt like I was dealing with friends. Especially Jeremiah, who helped me get a few extras added to my purchase at no extra charge. They were honest with me with all the details and pricing. I can say that everyone I dealt with made me feel like they were on my side, and let me leave with the best deal I could ask for. I will definitely send all my family and friends here!
