I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.
My son was looking for a mustang and we contact Mike at SoCal Auto Motors. The cars they have are really clean, they provide a Carfax on the car and service is excellent. I bought my son a 2007 Ford Mustang GT with really low miles. These guys are great and very helpful. I will recommend them to friends and family.
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
I literally recommended my friends by a volt from your dealership because not only do i love my car (i'm on my second Chevy Volt !) but also becusae of the excellent sevice dept and they are open very early and stay open late at night !
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I Had my car towed in and my regular service man was not there. However I was given a rental & told that when he comes in he would call me about the problem and that is exactly what he did. No other car dealer would do that
