Darlene was wonderful! She really went above and beyond to make the car buying experience positive for my mom. My mom had a limited budget and Darlene helped her find a car she could afford. We were looking for a specific 2026 Tahoe. There were 2 similar vehicles at 2 different dealerships in the valley. But they were on the other side of town from us. We contacted both dealerships and they provided us with information. We decided to go to Earnhardt Chevrolet first. We started the process with Dave Wright. He was scheduled for some time off, so he contacted us and let us know that Ezra would be meeting with us when we came to visit and look at a new Tahoe. We went to Earnhardt Chevrolet and met Ezra. The Tahoe was ready for us when we arrived. As I was talking with Ezra, my wife walked around the vehicle and noticed some damage on the passenger door. We discussed it with Ezra, and we decided to hold off. We went to another Chevrolet dealership, and we found out how a customer should NOT be treated. So, the next day, a Sunday, we called Earnhardt Chevrolet back, but Ezra was not working. So, we talked with Jeremy. He was able to make the numbers work and checked on getting the damage repaired. We were contacted on Monday, and the Tahoe was scheduled for repair. On Tuesday, Dave Wright called us and said that the Tahoe was repaired and that he would put it inside the sales bay for us to come and purchase. Since Thursday was the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were working that day, we made arrangements to come back Friday. As Dave said, the Tahoe was waiting inside all nice and shiny! We drove it and decided to go forward with the purchase. Dave walked us through the paperwork and then we met with Tyler in finance. Tyler took us the rest of the way and got all of the paperwork finished up. And then we loaded up and headed home. The 2026 Tahoe is amazing! After all was said and done, we drove around 60 miles each way twice to purchase the Tahoe. The Earnhardt folks were great to deal with!! They functioned as a team and made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. Our vehicle was all cleaned up and fueled up for us to drive home. It was a very nice touch for them to have the vehicle fueled up! We didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before leaving the area and heading home. We are definitely recommending the Earnhardt Chevrolet folks when we hear of somebody looking for a Chevrolet !!

Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

December 2024 bought a 2023 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with 34,500 miles. Drove the car from South Florida to the SC coast, 10 hours. Fantastic fun drive! 6 speed manual with a soft top only weighs 2350 pounds, spirited ride, excellent power and fuel economy, 35 mpg. Good tech with blind spot monitors, cruise, power windows and locks. Push button start, heated seats and navigation just enough tech. Puts a smile on your face just looking at it, lots of compliments and you are just happy driving this magnificent, magical machine!! Just love it! 🥰

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

I love this car, drive it right and she’ll be fuel efficient, but quick enough to outpace traffic. I will say the transmission can feel a little clunky sometimes.

Had this car for about 2 years but need a car that is going to be better in the snow. Have had no complaints what so ever about it. Drives great and sounds amazing as well.

I love my VW Beetle! It's adorable and the color combination- chef's kiss. It picks up speed nicely and I find mine to be pretty reliable. It needs a little TLC if you buy it used, but it's definitely worth it. Plus, it can double as a fun summer car if you have a convertible. Buy a VW! :))

Second excellent Mustang. First was an 02 6. This time I bought a third owner 06 V8 convertible. It needed cosmetic fixing up. No problem. Being handy with cars it worked out for 63 year old woman. Easy to change plugs ,etc. I could not afford one. But I was willing to put the little work into it and got it for $4,200 in 2020. This car has been wonderful. Black with silver Shelby stripes. Red interior

At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. Is you're looking for excuses to take it out for a ride.

After purchasing a 2005 Tacoma I left a bad review because of what turned out to be miscommunication. The owner Sam called me directly and the issue was worked out via a telephone conversation with Sam and his shop foreman Don. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Please disregard my last review, I couldn't figure out how to delete or edit it.

I had my 2004 for 10 years. Great car and performance. At 6'2" the C5 provides me with comfort which its predecessors do not. Only issues have been the ignition switch a common problem which I changed out fairly easily, and the climate control lighting which I fixed by resoldering the board.

Purchased an F 150 Ford pickup Oct 2021, drove it back to NY a couple days later. A year later now and the truck runs like a top. No problems. Very accomadating staff. A very pleasent and "entertaining" experience. Decent price on the vehicle.

I wrote a negative review of this dealership and since then they have gone above and beyond to help me with my issue. They have resolved my issue and never blinked an eye. Stephen my salesman was the best thing about this dealership. He is the best and Sam is a wonderful person to work with.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

I've only had my 2020 Camaro SS 6 spd manual for about a month and I love it. I purchased it with very low mileage. I'm convinced the SS was made for me and that with all I have been through lately it was a well deserved way to end 2022.
