The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

2023 Dodge Challenger review
I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! After all the time I spent with Casey going back and forth, I felt like I made a friend, not just someone trying to sell me something...If you buy from this dealership, ask for Casey, he will take care of you like he did me, I'll never forget him and will always appreciate what he did for me, Thank you Hyundai Algonquin and Thank you Casey for making my dreams come true...

From the beginning, Eric Jensen stood out as a highly professional and straightforward salesperson. There was no pressure, no games—just clear communication and a focus on getting to a fair deal. The negotiation process was especially smooth since we aligned early on a target price and handled much of the discussion online, which made everything efficient and hassle-free. The financing experience was where this deal really exceeded expectations. Stellantis was offering 0% financing for 36 months, but Eric went the extra mile and was able to secure 0% for 60 months by matching me with a vehicle that better fit my needs. Eric also found that my employer had a supplier agreement with Stellantis, which secured me an additional discount from the manufacturer. That level of attention and willingness to optimize the deal—not just to close it—made a big difference. I also want to recognize David Didier, Finance Manager, who was great to work with during the final steps. He was efficient, clear in explaining the paperwork, and respectful of my time—no pressure on add-ons, just a smooth and professional closing process. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most transparent car-buying experiences I’ve had. The dealership operated with a high level of professionalism, and Eric’s effort to find the best possible outcome really stood out. Overall Purchase Rating: 10/10 I’d strongly recommend Wickstrom CDJR—and especially Eric Jensen—to anyone looking for a straightforward, customer-focused buying experience, particularly if you’re balancing family needs with towing capability like I was.
