I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.

Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Was looking for a new car for my son and he liked the Subaru BRZ. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive, and left that same day with a new car. There was no pressure to buy like at some dealerships and the salesman was very nice . All in all we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership
From start to finish my experience with Century Auto was what an ideal dealership should be. Scott worked really hard to make sure I drove away with the car I wanted.
