Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year,while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed,gave me great advise,different options but the job must have been done. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services.Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air,without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price,the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.

During the test drive I noticed a smell of antifreeze and mentioned my concern before completing the purchase. It turned out there was a small radiator leak, but the dealership took care of it and replaced the radiator. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while the repair was being done, which I appreciated. In addition, the start/stop battery needed to be replaced, and they handled that without any issues. Overall, they addressed the concerns I had and stood behind the vehicle after the sale.

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!
