2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

I scheduled a first-time maintenance appointment for our new vehicle purchase from inside the Ford Mobile App, which prompted us due to a factory recall. During the scheduling I thought I had included the recall service in the appointment, but it seems it wasn't actually selected - just highlighted differently than the other services. All ended well thanks to Heather.

Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!

Golf Mill Chevrolet review
Stan K., Dave K. and Brian S (the onstar guy) were all great to deal and work with, and very professional. I even talked to one of the knowledgeable mechanics in the service area. The chevy dealership was clean top to bottom, a pleasant experience and I would buy another car from them. Thanks Golf Mill Chevrolet

Easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Great service. Would definitely recommend them to our friends.
2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place

Very happy and impressed with my recent new car purchase. Dakotah our salesman was great to work with very helpful, listened well and was a pleasure to work with. All the staff were friendly and assisted. No pressure. We ended up wanting an option they did not have, located the vehicle and delivered it. Really appreciate the local dealership and the experience we had. Would be hard pressed to to ask or want more....awesome.............Ron Reynolds
