From the time I entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. The salesperson was very friendly and had no problem bringing multiple vehicles up for me to look at. I actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what I came to look at. Their price was very competitive and even the interest rate they got me beat out my military banks. Overall, I will definitely recommend and be using them for future business.
We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Jake in particular has been the most helpful salesman that I’ve ever worked with and he made it possible to get the car of my dreams! They work with you and are fair. They genuinely care about each customer. 100% recommend to ANYONE looking to buy new or used. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I had told Nick, over the phone, that I /N want to spend 4 hours at the dealership. So, I was pleased that he had done his homework, and had most of it ready when we arrived. He helped us with the paperwork, and multi-tasked while we took the car for a test drive. We were happy with the deal on our trade-in. We settled on an overall price, and he is organized enough to get us through the process. He explained the new vehicle to us, and welcomed questions...??????...including future questions. A pleasant experience. (He still looks too young to be that good! lol)
By chance I happened to get Bryan B. As my salesman. I couldn't have been happier with my service. Bryan kept me in the loop and informed the entire process. I was not very educated on the used car buying process but he made it easy. Personally I felt I kind of got to know who my salesperson was. I didn't feel like I was just another sale under his belt.
Bryan went above and beyond for me and I know he would do the same for others.
I can see why he was the best salesperson of the year 2 years in a row.

I purchased a NEW Promaster City Van with the help of salesman Scott Robertson and had an outstanding experience all the way around. Very friendly, professional staff. Vans are mostly sold on the used car lot and you will find Scott there. The City van has been trouble free so far (1,000 miles 2 months) and gets better than advertised mileage. I came in with my friend Michaela looking for a basic used vehicle that was good on gas. She commutes to work about 45 miles per day and the fuel was eating her up. She called on a Dodge dart that was on the website. We didn't realize that the Dart was a manual transmission when we showed up. We really liked the features of it but she had never driven a manual before. Ken said there was no better time to learn than now. He had her jump in the drivers seat and gave her basic instructions on what to do. It took a few tries. She stalled the car several times but after getting over the embarrassment, she was able to get it going. She really started to enjoy it even though she stalled it again and again. In the end, Ken moved us into a Ford focus that was an automatic transmission. We love the car. It's doing great. The car she ended up with is not the most memorable part. The fact that Ken took the time to show her something that she'd always wanted to learn but either didn't have the opportunity or didnt have the courage to do. He was awesome. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all and was fun to do business with.
This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Champion and they are the best. After being hit by a lady that ran a red light and rolled my Jeep Patriot that I walked away without a scratch the sales staff and finance dept went above and beyond and helped me find my replacement. Great Job too all the staff
I went into Champion to buy a new Jeep. While I am always on guard when I car shop, this time it was a completely different experience. I was greeted by Loren and from the start, was at ease with him. He told me that it was important that we found the right car and had fun doing that. He was right, it was fun and I did find the car I wanted. Everybody made sure that I was taken care of and I felt that they really appreciated me purchasing my car from them. My wife and I went into Champion Chrysler Jeep to look at and gather information about the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Loren was the salesperson that waited on us and we were so fortunate. He didn't act like a salesperson but more of a friend who wanted to help us make an informed decision. It really helped when he told us that he not only owned a Grand Cherokee but it was his third one. We drove the Grand Cherokee and what really sold us was that he found a model that suited us. The model we came into see, that we thought was the right one, wasn't what we bought. Loren showed us a model that saved us several thousand dollars and still had the equipment we needed. That is what we call service and looking out for us. Thank you, Loren, for making this the most enjoyable experience ever! To the Champion management, you have a gem of a salesperson.
