The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.

What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.

I waited a few months to post this, as I wanted to wait and see if the car is a dud. It isn’t. Runs fine. Tony was very helpful. Got me decent financing. Was very accommodating. The price was right, as well. No haggle, no hassle. Lots of cars to choose from. Why not?
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...
I just spoke with the service department about the airbag recall and he was so pleasant and helpful I needed to place a positive comment here. I bought my Magnum here and I did not feel I got a good deal but given how they responded to this recall so well, I would reconsider buying another car here. Good job, Chris. I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and was treated w/ respect by all involved. It was a no pressure experience which is great. From the salesman Przemek, to the Sales Manager Jeff, to the Finance Manager Eddie, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I hope and expect that the Service Dept will be that good when any service and maintenance is required.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Believe it or not they actually have some very nice high end vehicles. I did not think that I was going to buy a car that day! But from the big Hello from the staff there and the low pressure buying experience. I walked out with a 2015 BMW 535I, I love my car!!!
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.

He also accommodated every need I had. Once i fell in love with my 2015 Acura TLX Tech the process was absolutely painless. Like it was true good to be true lol so quick and professional.
