I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Sold a 2018 Honda Civic 2 dr coupe on Friday, 11/14. Alex was absolutely great. They purchased the automobile for exactly what they had quoted. Just bought 2009 Dodge grand Caravan SXT 205,000 miles runs perfect handled. Great lots of room hideaway seats. I’m getting about 20 miles a gallon after I used a canon filter system installed and Lucas gas treatment every tank of gas got a really good deal on it paid $1500. Very little rust and my grandkids love it. Thank you.

This vehicle has been very good for my wife and myself love the hidden storage compartments. Having only 74000 plus miles on it. It is now getting broken in . However, we got into our car today it would not start. Battery was good. Mechanic I am not. It appears to be a censor. Had to call a tow truck to take my vehicle to a car dealer. Will not know the results until Monday, 13th, 2023

I bought it used in September, 2018, and it already had 45,000 miles. Was concerned that it had such high mileage after only 18 months but it's been great. Can haul stuff w/out worrying about weather, then put up seats for family. Am at 120k miles now and no regrets. Still very impressive looking vehicle, too. Will keep this as long as I can.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

The staff were all polite and friendly. The service was done in the time line that they said it would be done and the waiting area is top notch. Over all, excellent service department and staff.

Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

There are some dealerships and then there is Betthenhausen Fiat! Great folks that made the process so simple!

We've owned several mini-vans , but this is by far the best , has been very reliable over the 7 years we've owned it. Nothing has broken or fallen off , and you can't beat the versatility. The stow and go seats let you convert the van to hauling mode in a matter of minutes. Gas mileage is about what you'd expect for a V6 heavy van , but it's worth it. Great for vacation/traveling hauling the family to grandma's house, etc. I recommend the CREW trim level and also the FLEX-FUEL V6 to save a few bucks when regular un-leaded get's pricey .

I just cannot see the reason not to have the convenience of a minivan .Automatic lockable Sliding doors to keep the kiddies safe and automatic tailgate..Then you get to use it for your trucking needs..where else can a 4x8 sheet and numerous 2x4s and tools all protected from the weather be transported for your home projects..oh and dont forget the fishing poles you have to bend double to fit in the average pickup or suv...its a no brainer...

Overall such great ppl very helpful and understanding I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with my purchase will be buying a car real soon .

this van meets all my needs. i use it for taking family and to do my caregiving.its the perfect size to take people to karaoke when it starts back up.im glad its got 3 row seating.

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.
