I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!
2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

2021 Dodge Durango review
I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

2014 Dodge Durango review
When I bought my 2014 in 2015 every was great until just a few years ago. The injectors started failing and needed replacement. The passenger seatbelts stop working. The Third row seating isn't for seating it's for luggage or dogs. It has its issues but it's still very popular. If your warranty expires get the diamond plan or top tier plan to cover repairs as the repairs are expensive.

2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!
