Tou lê free ownership. Best car I’ve owned, literally. So much that we got a second one that my wife uses. Both Base (Select) trim. Very fast, reliable, quietest cabin ever. Will get a GT as soon as the lease ends.

I wanted a Malibu premier which Chevy is discontinued this year (disappointed). The dealer ship found me a 25 Malibu that was as close to a the Premier. This car had most of the Premier?s features but not all. The dealership gave me the option to buy the care or finance. Doug Connolly found time to talk to me. The sales man Lucas did a good job communicating with me. The has been the 7th new car I have bought from Connolly Chevrolet.

We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Buttery smooth drive. Super quiet. Luxurious interior. Was deciding between RZ and Y and this car was better fit for me. I don’t need it for road trips. It’s my daily driver and I enjoy every minute in it.
