Amazing experience. Aleks was a BIG help getting me into a 21 Mercedes GLC 300. Would highly recommend people to come here an sit down with this people. They tack on fees or do shady stuff. He made it an easy decision to leave with the car that day rather than risk losing an absolute steal of a car.

Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way! 

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next one soon. You are doing things right and it is worth the long drive for sure.

I wanted a full EV after my excellent experience with the Honda Clarity plug in hybrid. I looked at the Prologue, but felt it was underpowered. I looked at the ZDX next because I wanted to stay in the Honda family. I decided on the Type S mostly due to the improved camera, but love the additional horsepower as well. I did review some of the other EV on the market, but each of them lacked at least a few of the features of the ZDX. What do I love? The car is responsive, it handles well, and the heat feels like a warm hug rather than a hot blow dryer. The seats are the most comfortable car seats I have ever used. I love that I can use my Android Auto without being plugged in to the car. The storage is good for both the front seats and the rear hatch. What do I dislike? I wish the panel controls had a better back light. It's hard to see what the control is. I also wished the price was a bit lower, but like I said, most of the competition is missing a few features.

My wife purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox EV LT2 last year and loved it. Since I too thought it was a terrific car and was thinking of trading in my Accord while it still had some value I decided to take the EV plunge myself. My beautiful black 2025 Chevy Equinox EV is the base model LT FWD with the $2,000 option packages ($1,455 Comfort Package and $545 Active Safety Package 2), which included everything I wanted and nothing I didn't, by far the best overall Equinox EV bang for the buck. Chevy can keep their power liftgate, interior mood lighting and self-dimming rear view mirror and I was happy to have kept my $8,300 in my pocket. The base models can be a bit challenging to come by but be patient, check around and see what your local dealerships can do for you. Mine was listed on my dealer's website as "In Transit" and they were nice enough to hold her for me. Another dealer had told me they were impossible to get and lost an easy sale because of it so don't be told the base models can't be had! She's comfortable, handles well, has plenty of power for everyday driving (it's an SUV, not a track car), is well built and generously appointed with a ton of worthwhile technology and standard features. The range is better than advertised and with a total of $14,500 in federal, state and manufacturer incentives on the table, snagging her was a no-brainer. The only negatives I've come across so far are the horrible reflection of the dashboard on the inside of the windshield (easily remedied by a pair of inexpensive polarized sunglasses) and no Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. I'm an Apple CarPlay guy but I have to say that for the most part I really haven't missed it. I paired my phone to the Google-powered infotainment system, logged into my Google account, approved a few "sync" options and so far haven't missed a beat. Navigation, phone calls, texts, even certain vehicle controls, all voice-based and working well. If CarPlay is the only thing keeping you from considering the Chevy Equinox EV then keep an open mind, take a test drive and see for yourself how much of a deal-breaker it is compared to your other EV options once your driven one. In less than two years, the Chevy Equinox EV has established a loyal, enthusiastic following (just check out the FB groups, online forums, etc.), a following that I'm happy to be a part of. It's nice to see a domestic automobile compare so well to the imports after residing in their shadows for so long.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. Purchased the end of November. Wanted to make sure I got the $7500 tax credit and competitor rebate. Equinox EV LT 2025 blue with the blackout package and the charger cord. I traded a 2012 Ford. So far I'm happy with the purchase. I'm retired now so I don't drive that much. Also the cold weather doesn't help. I have less than 600 miles on it. I have only been using the level 1 charger cord. It works for now. I will get a level 2 by the summer. It's working for now. The car has many good features: adaptive cruise control, lane keep, the almost 18" infotainment screen. 19" alloy wheels. It even came with floor mats. All in all, a good car for the money and a great deal.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Our experience with Deluxe Auto Dealer was 5 star, beginning with first contact the after our purchase. Carlos was genuine, transparent and professional, we never felt rushed or pressured. Deluxe matched the interest rate, we were prequalified for by our credit union at home. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.
