Ken Ganley Kia AllianceReviews
Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
????? I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jim Reed at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! After having an absolutely terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle elsewhere, I came here hoping to simply find something reliable that actually fit what I was looking for and what I could comfortably afford. Jim completely turned the entire car-buying experience around for me. He listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and never made me feel pressured to settle for something I didn't want or spend more than I was comfortable with. Instead, he worked with me and helped me leave in an excellent 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with great mileage that checked the boxes I was looking for while staying within my range. What I appreciated most was feeling like Jim was actually trying to help me find the right vehicle, not just trying to sell me a vehicle. After everything I had already gone through, that made a huge difference. I walked in frustrated and discouraged with the whole car-buying process, and I'm leaving genuinely excited about what I'm driving home in. The difference between the two experiences couldn't have been bigger. Thank you, Jim Reed, for listening, being straightforward with me, and making this experience what buying a car should actually feel like. I absolutely recommend asking for Jim if you're shopping at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! And I LOVE that I ended up with a hybrid Sonata in the process. Sometimes the deal that falls apart really does make room for the better one. ?????

Josh Nussbaum was my sales person very nice and pleasant after I found the truck I wanted he made sure everything was easy and simple for me. He also made sure Fordpass was all set up and ready before I left.
2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Mark Thomas Ford, Inc.Reviews
Mark Thomas Ford, Inc. review
I have had my vehicles serviced at Mark Thomas for the last eight years. I have bought two vehicles there in the last six months from Mark Thomas both the sales and service have been great. I was helped in getting financed which I didn't think I would get. Thanks to Mark Thomas my credit score is going up. The vehicles at Mark Thomas are very, very good as I have not had any issue with them. Mark Thomas is my go-to for sales and service. You will be treated right there.
2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

Ken Ganley Ford NortonReviews
Ken Ganley Ford Norton review
I just bought an F350 diesel. High output 6.7 L. I needed it to tow my Z 3100 Brinkley fifth wheel. Justin Jankovic knows his Ford Vehicles, he is a Ford truck lover like myself. He explained to me how the truck he had was the one that would be best for Towing my Camper. It had a fifth wheel Tow prep package for $750. If I had to get it installed it would’ve cost about two grand. They had the color I wanted red. I couldn’t find one in the Central Ohio area. Justin answered all my questions. We had numerous phone calls and texts, and he was always responsive. He communicated very well in great detail, I highly recommend buying a car or a truck from Justin. He went above and beyond to help me get the truck I needed thank you Justin . David, Poston, Central Ohio area.
2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

Guess Motors/ Guess Ford Inc. review
I recently traveled to Guess Motors in Carrollton, Ohio from San Antonio, Texas and I can truly say the trip was WELL WORTH IT! Mr. Gleich and ALL the staff at Guess Motors were absolutely amazing professionals. I typically do not leave comments; however, the professionalism, courtesy, and integrity of Mr. Gleich and everyone not only restored my faith in honest salesmen, but their level of customer service deserves it. Although I live over 1400 miles away, if given the opportunity, I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Guess Motors! If they sold go-carts, I would take the trip to buy one!!! I absolutely recommend Guess Motors and Mr. Mike Gleich to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you and job well done!

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car
2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷
