I had an awesome experience at New Chevrolet. Stephen was a great salesperson! He came in on his day off to get the deal done. The finance team was also wonderful to work with. I can't remember the last time I had a great experience at a dealership, but these guys were fantastic to work with!

The staff is honestly the best! I’ll admit I'm a super picky customer, but they were so patient, friendly, and made sure I left 100% happy. Even if you walk in having no clue what you're looking for, they’ll dial right into what you need with an amazing attitude. Best dealership experience I’ve had by far.

Crain Ford of JacksonvilleReviews
Crain Ford of Jacksonville review
Bought the vehicle sight unseen. Salesman made the effort to take photos underneath the car, a video of the startup and gauges. My only complaint was there was zero wiggle room on the price. I made two offers and was denied both times. I may have seemed to eager and they maybe thought they didn’t have to. I have not seem the vehicle yet as it was shipped across country. I reserve the right to edit this review after I see it!

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!

Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee review
Absolutely worth the drive — five stars! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Joan and Raphael were fantastic from start to finish. I found my 2021 Ford Expedition online and started working with Joan via text which was super convenient and quick. I decided to make the two-hour drive, and it was 100% worth it! Joan had all my paperwork ready in the system, so after a smooth and friendly test drive with Raphael, we went straight into financing with no delays. I was back on the road and home before dinner in my beautiful new SUV. Great people, seamless process, and an all-around excellent experience!!!

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Bob Thomas Ford WestReviews
Bob Thomas Ford West review
Steve was our sales person, he helped us compare 2or 3 vehicles in their inventory. We decided what we wanted and he said he would have picked the same vehicle. He walked us through all the options and how to access different apps. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles content. He didn't even mind me asking my stupid questions more than once. Once the sale was final and we were on our way he said any time you have a question or concern, stop by or give him a call. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Tim was also helpful throughout the paperwork process. He also said any questions after the sale stop by or give a call. Very pleasant experience.
