I love it. I've had the 2011 Limited model and the 16 SEL previously and loved them enough to upgrade the same car. I especially love the new giant screen. This vehicle has always been dependable for me.

I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!

With the high trade-in value of my 2020 Ford Edge ST and the model ending in 2023, I decided to order a new 2022 Ford Edge ST. The big noticeable changes are the big screen screen and the 7 speed automatic transmission by eliminating 2nd gear by a re-programing tweak and makes a great change This transmission is smoother and accelerates Equicker than the 8 speed in the 2021 Ford Edge ST. The seats are very comfortable for the driver and passenger. Mileage is a little less overall compared to the 2.0 in the other Edge models, but, to me, I think the 2.7 is worth it. I love the size and detail of the new big screen for navigation purposes.

I have had minimal problems after my 5yr extended warranty paid for itself. The only downside of this vehicle is the avg 18mph and its navigation which changes the radio when I try to change it. Also it interimentiltly has issues with trying to put an address in it as well.

Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?

So far, I love my Edge - 3 weeks owned. It is roomy and has leather, heated seats and knows how to parallel park which I haven't used yet. It seems to get good gas milage and ready to take it on a trip up north this weekend. We carry with us our "stuff" and two cats and they will have plenty of room to lounge as we drive when we put the seats down in the back. It was a good buying experience at Royal Oak Ford as I had to have a vehicle after my Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run accident, I need a dependable vehicle that had plenty of room to haul food for Blessings In A Backpack. It was a good fit!

I purchased my 2020 Ford Edge ST from Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest. I just recently moved to the area and needed something bigger and wanted something AWD. I am just blown away from the customer service experience here. They were friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. 100/100

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! This is my 2nd Edge in the past 3 years. The 2022 that I know have is more comfortable and has a lot of technology that my 2019 didn't have. Much to still learn. Recently took a trip to Santa Barbara and was a little over 500 miles total. There were 4 male passengers and 3 were over 200 lbs. With the A/C running and at highway speeds, it handled nicely and averaged 30 mpg on the trip. Happy with my Edge.

My husband found this titanium edge in my favorite Candy Apple Red color and bought it for me for Mothers Day 2023 and this is the most luxurious suv ever!! This thing is fully loaded with things I would have never thought of. The two-tone interior is gorgeous!! So spacious inside. Love the remote start! Cooling seats are fabulous in Florida. Entire top is a sunroof which is gorgeous. Sound system is better than a Bose! Love that I control my seat settings and it allows for another driver to do the same thing through memory. This vehicle is just the top of the line!! Love EVERYTHING about it! Highly recommend!!!

Nice to have refreshments as I wait, both free drinks and pay vending. The bill is detailed showing what was done and a rep personally discussed all items on bill with me as well as summarized overall status of the truck.

In three years of owning it car has preformed unwavering. Has plenty of power when needed. Always reliable. Everything has worked flawlessly. Styling always a strong point. Could not be more happy with my edge.

If you are looking for amazing customer service and a great deal at an affordable price you NEED to see Victoria McLaughlin, Will Thorpe, and Michelle Hamel at Metro Ford in Schenectady. Being a mid-20 year old I know the constant feeling of struggling for that next paycheck; I thought getting into a car would be nearly impossible. Michelle, Will, and Victoria made me feel comfortable and confidant with the multiple options that they gave me AND I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion! I drove 3 SUV in a month. 2020 Marano, Terrain, Edge. The Ford Edge topped them all style speed roomy, all the features. I am so grateful I chose the edge the price was perfect for a 2 years old car. It’s new to me. Ford you did a great job creating the Ford Edge.

My recent experience buying a car from Carbone Subaru of Troy was joyful, which is not something I thought I'd ever say in my lifetime. The short story... a really great vehicle. When I started my vehicle search, this vehicle wasn't on my list. I read about it in a review of the category and thought I would take it for a test drive and now I own it. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle and more. Purchased CPO SEL model with 14k miles. Nice looking exterior, very comfortable interior. The seats are great. Very quiet cabin. 0 to 60 speed is very acceptable. Loaded with features. A very enjoyable ride. My only negatives... good, not great sound system. No seat memory settings. All that said, I recommend you buy one.

Had a problem with the touch pad. Service did test found repair bulletin from Ford dealing with problem. Service reprogrammed touchpad which corrected the problem. One happy satisfied customer!!!

took delivery of my 2018 CR-V on July 30th, on Aug 7th with less than 500 miles on it a large cargo truck decided to park in the same spot i had already been parked in, thus extensively damaging it. got in touch with Gerry B. the mgr @ Mohawk Collision Center, he took me thru the process, assuring that all would be good again. he then hooked me up with Nick F. who started the process, when i picked up the CR-V it was like i got my 2nd new car in a month."
