After going to a few other dealerships we came to Balise and worked with Wendy. She was the absolute best to work with and made everything so seamless. I most definitely will be back to work with Wendy again. She is a genuine person with a gentle way that made the whole experience the best for my first lease!

Marcotte Ford review
We have been looking for a vehicle for a few months and as most know, it can be a stressful time. We had the opportunity to sit and talk to a few car salespeople, most were more aggressive than we cared for. It was a pleasure working with Andre B, it was a relief to finally deal with a salesperson with a good vibe, not aggressive, not pushy, just cool. The Marcotte sales team was spot on, Chris B, Sales Manager and Bill M, Business Mgr. Thanks to all

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Special ordered a new Mustang. Dealt directly with the owner to ensure order was perfect. We had an agreement but not a deal on trade. When the car arrived a month sooner than expected I was offered more than we agreed on trade, a nice rebate and MSRP was lower than when I ordered. Salesman John is honest, straight forward, and zero sales tactics. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Effectively diagnosed the intermittent problem I was having by offering the technician to ride along. Also diagnosed an unrelated issue (tires and alignment). Charged me a price on tires that was 25% cheaper than what was quoted......a pleasant surprise.

This dealership is responsive, helpful and great to work with. I found a vehicle I liked on cars.com, messaged them and they responded within 10 minutes. I purchased the vehicle living in the Chicago area and you would have thought I was down the street because of how easy it was to work with them and to make a deal. Adam

Vehicle is good but ride could be better for a 5400 lb. suv. They class it as a station wagon not an suv for insurance reasons. Like it . Sorry they don't make them anymore, kind of concerning.

Family Ford Enfield review
I had an excellent experience with Family Ford’s mobile service for my 2015 Ford F-150. Thomas made scheduling easy and explained that both my factory recall and oil change could be handled right in my driveway. Technician Jacob Wyman arrived on time, sent advance notice, and explained everything clearly. He also advised against rotating tires that needed replacement, which I appreciated. That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out. Thank you, Jacob and Thomas! I highly recommend Family Ford and will definitely use them for future service.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!
2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

McGee Toyota of PutnamReviews
McGee Toyota of Putnam review
At McGee Toyota of Putnam, our sales person, Norman, was friendly, helpful, and assisted in our purchase without any pressure or slick talk, which we so much appreciated. Our business manager, Melissa, was as equally friendly and helpful, and moved the whole transaction along very quickly. We had been to another Toyota dealership in New Jersey the prior day, and had a bad experience. After telling us that a car that we had called about several times was available, we drove two hours to see it and pick it up, only to be told that it had been sold the night before. We called the morning just before we left and they said it was still available. Needless to say we found an even nicer vehicle, and we traveled three hours to go look at and purchase our new vehicle from McGee Toyota and it was well worth the time. We really like our new RAV4. Thanks again to the team!!
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Gates GMC Nissan review
I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2024 GMC Sierra AT4 at Gates GMC in Windham, CT. From start to finish, the team at Gates exhibited clear communication and professionalism, making the process seamless and stress-free. What stood out the most was the transparency and honesty in every interaction, with no hidden agendas or surprises. I felt valued and understood, and they made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Gates GMC for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused dealership. Thank you for an exceptional experience!
2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The friendliness of the service people and the quality of work is why I keep going back!
2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Blasius North review
Worked with Steve, didn't end up buying but he was super nice and upfront with us. A much better experience than some of the dealers we talked to on this journey.

Place Motor Inc.Reviews
Place Motor Inc. review
Once again Place Motors has provided excellent service for my Class A motorhome built on a Ford F53 chassis. Place Motors is one of few dealerships that can handle large vehicles like my RV which is 31 feet long and over 12 feet high. It is so convenient having a local dealership that can handle larger vehicles as well as cars and trucks.

CarMax HartfordReviews
CarMax Hartford review
I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.
