Drove a Ford vehicle everyday for the better part of 30 years. LTD, Crown Vic’s and Explorers That took abuse from fleet use and never quit. Transmissions typical Ford but they lasted 100000 miles or better. This Edge by far comfortable, adequate power and smartly styled. Excellent value for the money.

We put a lot of mileage on our cars and after going the hybrid route decided it was time to get rid of the noisy drive and all the bumps. Love the Edge as it performs beautifully in both categories. Have not owned it long enough to know reliability. But we'll enjoy the ride till we find out!

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

A few weeks ago my parents and I were shopping on the internet for a 2nd car for me to goto work. I'm a teacher that takes care of my parents and it was just getting too hard with a combined household and only 1 car. After calling around to numerous dealerships we finally got in touch with Deanna who was the most polite and honest person we've ever talked to! She promised she'd get us with a great salesman and would greet us when we got there. After arriving and being greeted by Deanna (such a sweetheart!), we were introduced to Trevor. He was AMAZING! He never pressured us and he educated us the whole time, explaining everything so we knew what was happening and didn't feel like we were being "sold," but rather "helped," along the way. He explained up front about pricing and how payments work, so were weren't surprised when it came time to sign paperwork and helped us find a car I absolutely LOVE!!! Just to be frank if you???ve been too or had any dealings with Melton???s let me tell you something, you???ll be hooked after you walk through the door. My wife was looking for a new vehicle to drive back-and-forth to work I swung by Meltons one day at lunch to see what they had on the lot as far as Used vehicle go. I found one I thought my wife would like so I took it home and showed her what I found. It was a slightly used compos although the vehicle is extremely nice it wasn???t what she was looking forPearl So the next day against my better judgment I took her to two different car lots were she had found some used vehicles online she wanted to take a peak at. The first Carlot we went to in order to even test drive a vehicle we have to give him so much Personal information and almost on over our first born just to be able to drive the vehicle off the lot. Then once we test drove the vehicle and upon inspection of it we realize that it Had been in a front end collision and the dealership was asking premium price. When we confronted the dealership about the previous damage to vehicle they denied any knowledge of what happen just the Carfax showed minor front end damage. We had already been informed by a friend of ours that work at this place but they had purchased it at auction racked in that they replaced and repaired all the damaged parts. When confronted about them not being forthcoming about the damage of the vehicle the employee said I know nothing about it and still wanted full price for the poorly repaired vehicle so we left. Then at the second dealership I have a truck that was bought and paid for that I was gonna sell I thought I would see what they would get for it Since the trade-in value of my truck was the same value of the car my wife was shopping for. They came back with a price they would be willing to pay for my vehicle which wires for thousand dollars less than Trade-in value. They then told me if I could prove another dealership would give me more than enough they were offering that would match the other dealerships price. Again we left frustrated and mad we left. Hey soon as we get to the truck to leave the salesman came back to offer us more money when we left I told my wife we need to do go to Melton???s I promised her we would not run into any problems like we had at the other dealerships there. She agreed and when we arrived at Meltons we dealt with Jeff Williams (sales manager) and Robert Melton (family owner) and I have to tell you right off the bat that made my wife feel extremely comfortable and everything was simple and easy we ended up buying are used certified jeep renegade. We were in an out Love the dealership in about an hour and 15 minutes signed sealed and delivered. And their prices being lower then the other dealerships for a national vehicle than the other dealerships was pretty great too. Oh and the truck that I was going to sell Robert Melton bought the truck for me for $4500 more then the other dealership was going to give me one trade, and let me take you home to remove all my personal belongings when it was convenient for me not them. So to sum it all up this is the second vehicle in the past six months that I bought from Meltons and I will not shop anywhere else again. You just cannot beat the customer service in the family van that you get at Miltons. Thanks again Jeff Williams and Robert Melton you made my wife extremely happy. May God bless you and your business

My husband recently passed away before getting around to updating to a newer vehicle. Today I woke up to 2 older vehicles, both needing repairs, high payments with only my income to work with. After saying a prayer, I called Regional Hyundai. I spoke to Robert Rodriguez. I explained my situation and shared with him my anxiety of purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time in my life. First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

It is simply some insight and advice that may help the harder to deal with customers.)The guys were GREAT! It's almost impossible to hit a perfect score, we are all human. I wish someone would have offered us something to drink while we waited for 5 hours. When I finally requested a bottle of water, I was given a cup of water from the water fountain (gross!) but since I was so thirsty I drank it anyway. You would think that if you are spending over 20k on a vehicle that you would be worth a bottle of water or even go the extra mile with a soda. I would also recommend to let the guys who clean the vehicles up know that if someone purchases a new vehicle, there is no need to spray stinky air freshener in it before delivery/pick up. One of the best parts about buying a new car is the 'new car smell', it was very disappointing that it lacked that luster. Also, it felt a little bit like once we were passed on to the finance guy, we were 'old news'. Would have been nice to been made to felt somewhat 'special'. I am in the broadcasting and customer service business, so these things probably stand out more to me than to the average bear. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and the guys were nice. Finance guy, Vic, was awesome at being thorough and clear about the insurance/extended warranty options. DJ was nice as well. Thank you guys for getting me into this vehicle. It is lovely and you went above and beyond to ultimately get me as close to the features that I wanted without pushing me TOO far above my price range. Thank you guys for everything. You rock! (Offer your customers something to drink! They are there spending a LOT of money! Don't make them buy a soda or water. It's not like buying a new pair of shoes, spring for a soda or something! lol) Again, overall it was good. Thanks DJ! (Reminder: before I moved from OKC I always dealt with the same salesman at the same dealership [for the past 3 vehicles I have purchased]. The way I could always remember his name/number/dealership is because he always put his business card in the ashtray or cubby/console. Anytime I was in the market for a vehicle, I knew exactly who and where to call!) Also, you should have your front desk girls smile and maybe even greet/acknowledge the customers.

2017 Ford edge titanium , had to replace tires before 30000 miles. Took on trip and whole radio, GPS, touch screen quit working. Button s below would not work either. Driving thru snow storm and can't get defrost to turn on. Very scary. Called Ford for assistance and got someone over seas. Told us to contact our dealership, was told not a safety issue for recall. Really!!!!! Was told to take to a dealership in AZ. And leave so they could look at it, no rental or loaner car. I'm like thousands of miles from home.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
