Steve was very helpful with getting me from a 2009 Honda Ridgeline to a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Steve is very polite, Manner-able, knowledgeable with answering all of the questions I had. The football game is on. The Steelers aren’t playing at this time but He’s not a Steelers fan but he’s still a super cool guy 🙂. Come get you a car with Steve. He’ll get you together and driving off the lot with your brand new car in no time!!!

Spitzer Ford HartvilleReviews
Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I had a great experience at Spitzer Ford Hartville. The staff was exceptional and made my buying experience a smooth one. In particular, I wanted to thank Sierra Dieble for her help. She was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I'm enjoying my new car and, when the time comes to replace it, will definitely go back to Spitzer!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

⭐ 5‑Star Review for Klaben Ford ⭐ Klaben Ford continues to impress me with their exceptional service. One of the things I appreciate most is that they actually come right to my house to do the maintenance on my vehicle — it doesn’t get more convenient than that. I always request Seth because he’s extremely nice, personable, and consistently does an outstanding job. He takes pride in his work, and it shows every single time. People like him are the reason I stay loyal. When I buy, I always buy at Klaben. They’ve earned that trust.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.

ARJ's Auto Sales review
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Brian and the team at ARJ were not only easy to deal with (not your typical pushy salesperson), but showcased the upmost honor and integrity one could ever expect from a used car dealership. Thank you so much ARJ and a special shout out to Brian (salesman)!

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
