Worked hard to make sure vehicle was repaired without adding extra cost and was done within quoted cost and labor. Explained every detail on repairs that need to be done and repairs that need to be done in the future to divide repair cost and keep them lower for the client. Would definitely go to Jordan Ford again..

I am very happy and grateful for Dawn helping me surprise my wife with the perfect new-to-us Mini Cooper. I really appreciate her kind, friendly and helpful approach to selling cars without all the pressure and ugliness of some other dealerships. Recently bought a Mazda CX5 Grand Touring here. The Salesman, Bob Burger is simply awesome. The car was cleaner than the dozen we looked at, and the 1/2 dozen we test drove in the past month. Very happy with the purchase, and our experience with this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate buying another vehicle from them.

Uftring Ford Subaru review
We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

Third time I’ve been in for recalls on my truck and one 10k mile tire rotation. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service is great too. I recommend the service department, but I’ll never recommend buying a vehicle there. I’ll take responsibility for being gullible enough to believe them when I should have ran! I guess this is the way ford sells cars nowadays. Just ask for the out the door price in writing so you can comparison shop. You’ll be out of there in no time!

Pioneer Ford Sales, Ltd. review
The sales team at Pioneer Ford is top notch. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and customer oriented. They are not pushy. They know this is a big investment and sometimes we need to sleep on it. They encourage a thoughtful buying process and this is why Pioneer Ford has a reputation for satisfied customers. The service team at Pioneer Ford is very accommodating and go out of their way to assist their customers and have a positive experience. The repairs are done promptly and customers are kept in the loop as to what and why a service is needed. Pioneer Ford is a family owned business and as a customer you feel you are a part of this family.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
