Used 2025 Ford Escape for sale near Addison, IL

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

We have received very good service with Theresa and Dj. I love my Jetta and they were so nice and gave us a free gift too

I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory they had. We looked at and test drove some cars, BUT the last one they brought out, I thought for sure was going to be out of my budget and thought they were trying to sell me something "more expensive" - wrong. The whole process was much easier than I have had in the past. Tall Damian helped us understand any questions we had and was also very personable, transparent and attentive. Signing the paperwork was seamless and fast. Grzegorz Jarzabek worked with me and ended the process efficiently. This entire experience was unlike any past car-buying experience I've ever had. Exceptional, Outstanding, Smooth, Enjoyable and First-class. I can keep going, but I think you get the picture. Exceeded all my expectations, and I drove home IN MY DREAM CAR!!!! Went in on Saturday and sat across from Mike in sales. I knew what I wanted. They had it. And offered it at a fair price. After the test drive he ran some high level financing numbers and we agreed on an overall purchase price and my trade in price. But before we agreed I told him I want to be OUT THE DOOR ASAP. No extra conversations. No additional warranty sales pitches from finance. Let’s get this done. Scott the manager came over and told me he’d do everything he could to expedite the process from this point forward but they were pretty busy (being Saturday). All said and done they’d washed the car, put in some more gas, sync’d my phone to the car, and ordered a vial of touch up paint while I did the paperwork with the finance guy. Like promised -in and out in about 90 minutes total. Very happy and would recommend the whole team!

It was my first time buying a car and Cruz & David were very nice and got me a great price it was a great experience and in the future I would definitely go back and purchase another & I will recommend the place to all my friends and family
