I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory they had. We looked at and test drove some cars, BUT the last one they brought out, I thought for sure was going to be out of my budget and thought they were trying to sell me something "more expensive" - wrong. THIS HAS BEEN MY DREAM CAR for most of my life!!! Test drove it, Mike told me all about the engine, accessories, vehicle background and all of the bells and whistles. The whole process was much easier than I have had in the past. Tall Damian helped us understand any questions we had and was also very personable, transparent and attentive. Signing the paperwork was seamless and fast. Grzegorz Jarzabek worked with me and ended the process efficiently. This entire experience was unlike any past car-buying experience I've ever had. While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. The techs at Napleton jumped on our issue right away and worked hard to help a family stranded on the road. We were back up and running in just a few days. Thank you Napleton Ford!!

My experience w/Highland Park Lincoln has been quite satisfactory....expecially the Service Department. But, it is a thirty seven mile drive to get there.
