I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Hansel Subaru. I originally intended to get a used car, but when that didn't fit my needs, it was suggested by salesman Corey McGoldrick that I look at the 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Not only did that fit my needs perfectly, but it was in the same price range as the used car I originally came in to see. I love my Subaru and since buying it, many, many of my friends and acquaintances have raved about their wonderful experience as a Subaru owner. I'm happy to be in the Subaru family and look forward to many years as a satisfied owner.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. Mind you I had a list of dealerships to visit and passed a couple on my way to meet with Joe, but I had made a commitment to meet him first. The car I was currently driving was 18 years old and in good condition, but I was ready for something new! My last experience with a dealership was about twelve years ago when my son was 16, and it was so horrible that I never wanted to go back.(That was in the east bay) Joe Reid was so nice and explained everything so well, that to be honest....I didn't want to go anywhere else. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford. These folks couldn't have been more helpful. They let me extend the test drive to my satisfaction and when I decided to buy they jumped right in to expedite the process and sent me out with a full tank of gas.

I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
I have gone to 18 different dealers through the Bay area, most that I went to wouldn't work with me on the price I wanted to pay for the cars, or would say I they have a car on their lot and when I got their the car would magically be gone. But when I called Josh at Vacaville Kia not only did he work with me on the price of the car he had, but he also had multiples of type of cars I was looking for, and he had a couple options for me when I got there, i finally decided on a 2018 Kia Sorento. Josh got me better than what I wanted for the exact price I wanted to pay. It was worth driving 100 miles away to see a dealer who had honestly and integrity, and I have never worked with more professional and helpful person as Josh, and if more dealers we're like him I wouldnt have been so absolutely frustrated with the car buying process the past few weeks. If I ever go to buy another car I will see Josh at Vacaville Kia!

This is a top notch company. I contacted them about a used car they had on their lot which I had found online. I had to travel two hours to get to the dealership and when I called about the car I talked to Jeff Perkins who answered all my questions, was very easy to contact when I called back with a question, and when he knew I was serious about the buying the car and I was worried that someone else would buy it out from under me before I could get there, he assured me that he would not let that happen.
The car is an older car but was clean and like new -- and before we drove it away he had it further cleaned up. I feel like I have a new car and I love it. I could not have asked for better service and I would buy again from this dealer and Jeff without hesitation.
I had had an accident in my previous car and I think I was still sort of in shock. But I trusted these people and my trust was not misplaced. They came through for me 100%. I also dealt with their financial person, Victor, who was incredibly easy and enjoyable to deal with. The whole process was smooth and trouble free. They felt like family.

Two hours later when we arrived at the dealership he came out to meet us and walked us to the car. I could tell that the car had been lovingly cared for and detailed by the dealership. It was exactly the car I had been looking for but had been unable to find anywhere else. I felt the price was very reasonable.
