The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

Had an unexpected pleasant new car buying experience at DMcD Ford Fort Worth! Ty, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time showing different vehicles and sharing information. He did a great job! Aaron the sales manager made the deal with us in a Bronco Sport and we couldn?t be happier! Good people in the stressful buying process. The only negative is the terrible music at the otherwise clean and attractive dealership. May seem minor but when you?re sitting for 3-4 hours in the purchase process or service it is terrible! There are top 3 worse sounds in the world. 1. Nails on chalkboard 2. The music at David McDavid Ford and 3. A drunk hyena at a Nickelback concert! But you can leave a Nickelback concert! JK! But seriously fix the MUSIC! You can have different genres different days for the love of Bronco! I?m sitting here now in the service dept dying in flute-land.

Found the exact Mustang GT I was looking for at AutoNation Ford and reached out to the online Chat Person. They referred me to Christian Rodriquez and from there his attentiveness and ability to answer all my questions by text message had me sold on buying from the dealership. He was honest and upfront about price, etc. And unlike a salesman I had dealt with at another Metroplex Dealership, he was well versed in both the car he was selling and seemed to really want to sell the car. The dealership overall did a great job with the sales process and had the car ready for me when we drove up to buy it (even thought we hadn't committed to buying it / debating a different color). I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation.
