I really appreciate the way that Anita Ford handled my buying process. It was with such a great service. She didn?t leave any stones unturned. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

After my 2023 Lightning (purchased from Fair Oaks) was totaled in an accident, I sent requests to 5 local dealers for bids on last and final price on 8 trucks. I wanted to be able to walk in, write a check (100% cash sale, no trade) for the bid price, no negotiations or up selling. If would happen, I was going to walk out. Fair Oaks was the only dealer that respected my request, others either got into process to ask for me to come in for price, tried calling etc. I was glad they did as I was extremely satisfied with experience with prior purchase. Abraham took lead and completed the task, I walked in, took the truck for a spin around the block and he had all the paperwork to sign off accepting the offer. Terrence in finance (who I worked with on prior purchase) was able to transfer my extended warranty over, no up selling, presented all paperwork to sign, I wrote the check and out the door.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Elliott was incredibly helpful. He had patience and don’t oversell. This allowed us to find the truck that we wanted vs feeling like we were pushed to make a decision. Would buy from Elliott again.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I am beyond pleased and impressed with this dealership. Working with Rami and his team was easy, efficient, and professional. I had never shipped a car out of state before and this was also my first Porsche and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to deal with at times, not on purpose of course, but just because it was such a new experience. I purchased this vehicle in December 2014 with 66K miles on it and the 5.4L V-8.. I immediately serviced my Expedition with AMSOIL products. With the exception of normal maintenance items (Brakes, spark plugs etc.), this vehicle has been entirely trouble free. have had ZERO maintenance issues, check engine lights, etc. on this truck at all, and 5+ years later it now has 221K miles. Mostly road miles between my home and in Flagler County and my shop in Ocala, and my daughters home in Pensacola. Average gas mileage was between 18-20mpg without a tow load, 15-16mpg with a tow load. Not bad for a large SUV. I just recently purchased a 2014 Navigator with 70K miles and also the 5.4L. Other than being a stickler for routine maintenance, this vehicle has not been babied in any way. The dependability of this engine and drive train has been second to none in my experience, which is why I purchased this SUV as it is the last year of the 5.4L. I have classic cars and towed them with my Expedition. Great towing vehicle as well. Of course, it is all about how folks take care of their vehicles, but I have nothing but praise for the 2014 Expedition. So if you are looking for a large SUV I don't feel you can go wrong with a Ford Expedition.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
