We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.

I bought a brand new 2015 Yukon from Dave Cross. They have always been accommodating to my needs and any issues I have had. I was just in with an AC issue and they didn’t disappoint. We just recently purchased our 2012 Silvarado while vacationing on the west coast, which required a leap of faith right off the bat. It was the pleasant experience from the start, in working with the sales team. Ken Auch is Awesome, and true to his word. In spite of driving through a rain storm to get there and back home, our new truck was all we expected of a quality used vehicle, and was truly represented in the ad pictures posted on the internet. I am not sure what to think, I am trying really hard to not think they sold me a car that had serious issues, we told them the importance of buying a new car and that 2 days later my wife and I were going to be, driving, to Colorado, and the heat didn't work, they didn't fix it even though they said they would and then while we were here, something with the tires broke and was banging and clunking when on less than perfect roads..now we have to drive all the way back with it like that and as you may know, there is nothing between here and there.
I am going to call Chris and talk to him about this, and I hope they have the integrity to do what is right and fix this, because, why would I have bought the car knowing that this could happen. Another review to come later. but as of right now, I am not happy and would not recommend them.
My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)

I found a 2006 Lexus RX400H on cars.com used the contact dealer interface to ask questions. Dealer replied quickly and politely. Negotiated dealer minimum price via email before we drove to out to test drive the vehicle. Once we got there we liked the SUV but found that there were a couple of issues.
I asked about those issues and renegotiated the price of vehicle in light of said issues. The reduction was fair to both parties. Will definitely check Morris stock the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

I found it amusing that Mccathy morse chev right next door couldnt make our dreams a reality but Bob Allen ford could. Bob Allen is a dealership second to none in my eyes. Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
